The Whatevers 2.0
For 6 years long the brotherhood Dim and Kim took their love for eclectism to big festivals like Pukkelpop, Laundry Day, Rock Herk, Lokerse Feesten and Tomorrowland) and lots of massive events. The unorthodox yet very creative and efficient soundsystem selection of bangers and classics got massive crowd respond.
Apart from a jam-packed schedule The Whatevers were also picked up by Studio Brussel to do a tonnage of radio mixes and they host a very popular range of clubnights called Whatever! for 7 years now. Mostly at Muziekodroom / Hasselt (celebrated with a number one spot 'Best New Party' at the 2013 Red Bull Elektropedia Awards) and offshoots in Cinema / Aalst, Petrol / Antwerp, A.M. Club / Ghent.
As of today The Whatevers became a solo project by Kim Mathijs (also known as Michael Midnight, part of Ed&Kim, Flashback Force and booker of the mighty Pukkelpop festival) since Dim decided to focus on other sexy things in life. The formula remains the same. One of the country's finest out-of-the-box Whatever fits Dj-outfits. The Whatevers dig up and select the finest genre-crossing and energetic party anthems of the last 50 years. Whatever! We Want!
